Villa Stevia is a private villa, set on 50 acres of private Tuscan countryside, which lies just 5 minutes from the little town of San Casciano dei Bagni, which is a very charming medieval village located in southern Tuscany. This is an unspoilt part of Italy, just recently discovered by those who enjoy and appreciate its quiet beauty, its central location between Rome and Florence, and its flourishing artistic and social life. Villa Stevia offers its guests a relaxing envoironment. There are many delightful places to visit in the vicinity such as Cetona, Montepulciano, Montalcino as well as Florence, Siena and Arezzo for longer day trip. The local ancient Roman Spa Fonteverde, lies just 900 meters away from the villa and after undergoing a 8- year long renovation and development program, is one of the most appealing health spas in Europe. It now provides various hot spring water pools (indoors and outdoors) and any kind of health and beauty treatments.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Villa Stevia is a stylish luxury villa, which was designed and constructed by its first owner, an international landscaper and interior designer, who built the house to resemble anold luxury resort in Tuscany, whilst providing all the modern amenities for extra comfort. Inside the colors are mute and peaceful and the rooms are beautifully decorated with quality fabrics and antiques. The house features a huge living room with a large fireplace. Villa Steviaalso enjoys a state of the art kitchen. Even with its modern touches the soul of this elegant property remains that of a comfortable home, with personal touches in evidence throughout, making it a wonderful venue from which to explore Tuscany and Umbria. Villa Stevia is completely private, on top of a hill within 50 acres of oak woodland, pastures and olive groves, with expansive views of the Sienese countryside, wrap around terraces, creating intimate areas for dining or just relaxing. Enjoy romantic sunsets by the heated pool and dine al fresco under the stars.

Beautifully finished en-suite bath (tub with hand-held shower, shower stall). Full bathroom with tub and shower. Twin bedroom (twin can be combine) with iron frame beds.

First Floor

Double bedroom with queen canopied bed. Bathroom. Loggia. Second master bedroom with a four poster King size bed, alcove for desk. Two large windows frame the country side view. Very large closet. En-suite bath tub with wall-mounted shower. Double bedroom with desk and dresser. Opens to private west-facing terrace and panoramic views. Walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. Stone steps to garden. Terrace Twin Bedroom (can be combine)

Lower ground Floor

Twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, separate entrance. Utility room with washer and dryer.

Swimming Pool:

Villa Stevia, also features a heated pool ( 14 meters long x 4.5 meters wide x 1.60 meters deep ), making it possible to enjoy the water in spring and autumn.
