Villa Ardore is located just outside Castellina in Chianti in the heart of this region.  In 15 minutes by car, you can be in the center of Castellina in Chianti and take the “Chiantigiana” road to visit the other notable towns in the region or drive twenty minutes to the town of Poggibonsi and take the train into Florence or Siena. This fabulous Villa is immersed in the heart of Chianti, among the Tuscan woods and rolling vineyards. For those who are looking for a relaxing holiday, our luxury villa is the right choice.

The splendid city of San Gimignano with its medieval towers or the history of the walled city of Monteriggioni can be reached a few kilometers from the villa. Florence is the crown jewel of Renaissance Italian art and culture. Siena was its biggest rival.  Each of them is about 30-45 minutes by car from Villa Tuscia. The property is divided into 2 separate buildings: the main villa and the dependance. Each of them has two different floors (ground and first floor). 

The farmhouse has 8 rooms (including the studio/office, which can be converted into a 9th bedroom suite and located on the ground floor). On the first floor, there are 6-bedroom suites and a media room with fireplace at the top of the stairs.

The dependance on the ground floor (accessible from the ground at the back and side of the building) has the spa and the industrial kitchen; the first floor (accessible from the ground at the front of the building) has 2-bedroom suites, a separate disabled persons bathroom and a laundry room.

The large central terrace that connects the villa and the annex is perfect for a large family dinner. And the villa’s loggia, next to the wood-burning oven, can comfortably accommodate 20 people.

Villa Ardore pays attention to even the smallest details, such as soft light switches to make them easily identifiable at night, discreet accent lighting to illuminate the path to the kitchen for a midnight snack. The kitchen is a modern, upmarket chef’s dream, with everything from a refrigerated wine cellar, warming tray, to high-end range and even also includes a grill.

Villa Ardore offers flexibility and intimacy for your business needs, they have an office studio which includes printer, scanner, copier. The dining room equipped with Wi-Fi can be transformed into a high-tech meeting space as the large ornate mirror that covers an entire wall hides a Smart TV that can connect you with your colleagues around the world. Corporate retreat clients have everything they need to stay connected to office responsibilities, building team bonds and a shared vision. 

Villa Ardore has a curated cellar and bar, select a bottle from the 500-bottle cellar, which includes some of the best wines Italy has to offer. In addition to the curated 500-bottle cellar and well-stocked bar, enjoy fresh filtered still or sparkling water from the bar taps. The Roman spa is brand new and contains a 10-person in-ground hot tub, a sound system, a 10-person steam room, a dry sauna and a sensory shower. Ground Floor:

Studio/Office Suite is the villa’s ninth suite, which is usually set up as an office with en suite bathroom and a separate entrance. It can also be converted into a bedroom.

First Floor:

Master Villa Suite features exposed stone walls and a window overlooking the vineyards of the Tuscan countryside and the medieval towers of San Gimignano.  It has equipped of en-suite bathroom, featuring a clawfoot tub and large marble shower, a separate toilet room and a large double vanity and quaint private terrace.

The Stone Suite features a private terrace with countryside views and an en-suite bathroom with a “pietra serena” stone sink, a large shower with rain showerhead and view of the property. 

The Gold Suite features its own private entrance so you can easily escape to the pool for a midnight swim under the Tuscan stars and moonlight or scamper off to the villa’s roman SPA. Its en-suite bathroom features a double vanity and large marble shower with seat.

The antiquities Suite features renaissance and local Tuscan artist sculptures, paintings and light fixtures with a quiet and tranquil forest view, a large closet and an en-suite marble bathroom.

Terrace View Suite features beds that can be converted into 2 singles beds for the kiddos, a view of the villa’s large central terrace and en-suite bathroom.

Tuscan Views Suite features an antique armoire and amazing views of the Tuscan countryside and rolling vineyards.

The Fireplace Suitefeatures a fireplace, a large shower and double “pietra serena” stone sink vanity with a large walk-in closet.

Dependance:

Ground Floor:

The dependance is where a modern style and luxury meets the ancient Tuscan charm, completely restored in order to keep the traditional character and give it a modern flair.  It’s suites are the only ones that contain TV’s in order to create a contrast between the traditionality of the villa and the modernity of the dependance. Beyond that Villa Tuscia offers three large TVs all masterfully masquerading as giant mirrors!

First Floor:

The Dependence Master Suitefeatures a Manhattan kitchen, a large marble shower with dual shower heads so you and your partner can enjoy a shower together. This suite also features a second bathroom suite specifically to accommodate a disabled person.

Swimming Pool:

The villa has provided with a heated infinity pool and pool bar. Surrounded by greenery, it overlooks picturesque vineyards. With a tranquil waterfall, rock fountain, hydromassage feature and plenty of lounge seating, it’s an idyllic and unrivaled place to relax and unwind. The enormous stone pool deck is perfect for entertaining with a large gazebo containing a large lighted marble-topped bar complete with sink, refrigerator, icemaker and dishwasher.
