Villa Praiana is located in Praiano on the Amalfi Coast located on the sea, between Amalfi and Positano which is right next to the town a few km. To access the Villa from the coastal road it takes 2 minutes on foot. It is located within walking distance of the local beach with a nice restaurant and also the famous L’ Africana Night Club. Praiano town center is only 1 km away from the villa.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:

Villa Praiano and its terraces are full of atmosphere and the spirit of the place creates perfect harmony and balance. The house has a modern design and has been renovated with extreme taste and sobriety. A patio, just outside the property, is furnished with tables, chairs and umbrellas ideal for having breakfast while enjoying the view.

There is also a barbeque for entertaining. One of the terraces features the private pool. A hot-water outdoor shower is available to the guests.

All bedrooms have air conditioning, large flat screenTV, safes; all bathrooms are provided with hair dryers and robes.

The living room is very welcoming with sofa and Flat TV with Stereo Sat system The kitchen is large and modern, equipped with all the necessary services and utensils for cooking, microwave oven, large fridge/freezer, it is perfect for typical cooking classes and the preparation of cocktails and dinner. Villa Praiano also has a magnificent indoor swimming pool with water jets and chromotherapy and a sauna where you can relax after a day spent visiting the beautiful coast.

Ground Floor:

Large open plan living area with impeccably furnished dining and living area, a fully equipped kitchen – adjacent to the patio, all stainless-steel appliances and a generous island with counter.

On this floor there is the private spa with a large indoor pool, sauna and emotional shower. A guest bathroom is also on this floor.

First Floor:

Three queen bedrooms with balcony and Sea view, en-suite bathroom with large shower

Swimming Pool:

Villa Praiano has an indoor swimming pool with water jets and chromotherapy (5.35 mt long x 3.15 mt wide x 1 mt deep) and an outdoor swimming pool with view on the coast(7.20 mt long x 3.60 mt wide x 1 mt deep).

Access & Parking:

Parking nearby to be requested in advance approx. € 50 per day depending on availability and the size of the vehicle.
