Villa Milly enjoys an incredible view over the Faraglioni rocks and the Bay of Marina Piccola. In the evening, the villa overlooks the spectacular lights of the coastal beach clubs, as well as the yachts moored offshore. The taxi drops guests directly in front of the villa’s electric gate and from the street level 60 steps leads down to the main terrace.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Villa Milly offers unparalleled luxury surrounded by Mediterranean greenery and a magical view over the Faraglioni sea stacks. This private home is elegantly furnished with white loungers and sofas, as well as beautiful ceramic topped tables where guests can enjoy breakfast under the bamboo awning while enjoying the morning light on the Faraglioni and Bay of Marina Piccola. Villa Milly consists in a main house with two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a living room; there is also a small guesthouse with a bedroom and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The house is modern throughout and it features air conditioning and heating in all the bedrooms as well as in the common areas. 

Ground floor

The main house has been completely refurbished and furnished with elegant sofas and a dining set, a 60” TV and an indoor and outdoor audio system. The cosy kitchen, finished in marble and 19th-century ceramic tiles, is fully equipped with a dishwasher, large sink, five-ring cooker, large double-door refrigerator with bottom freezer and ice maker, and microwave. The kitchen has an independent entrance. The main house’s has a a large master bedroom with a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom including two showers finished in marble; this room opens directly onto the main outdoor terrace. The second bedroom has a double bed that can be made up into two twin beds. There is a dedicated marble bathroom for this bedroom (not ensuite) with tub and shower.

Guesthouse

The guest house is located on a different level than the main house and it is accessible via 15 steps. There is a small bedroom with twin beds and ensuite bathroom with shower.
