It is also one of only a very few properties on the island with a direct private access to a beach, so guests can visit the Torre Saracena private beach club dramatically set inside a coastal grotto. The views from the property are stunningly beautiful. With the sea lapping below the south facing La Torretta enjoys sun all day, and as the sun goes down, the scenery changes it’s colors, leaving space for the flickering yacht lights that reflect off the sea. The lush garden full of a great variety of Mediterranean plants and towering pine trees extends to the beach on various terraces, the first one is large and very panoramic and surround the villa, the second one features a comfortable swimming pool with a solarium area and down the stairs is another solarium with additional pagoda with table and chairs with the private staircase that leads to the beach. Inside the villa all rooms are air-conditioned with large windows to take in the fresh sea air and have Wi-Fi. La Torretta, away fom the crowds, is a secluded private paradise, providing serenity and relax in the most sought after location on the island. Enter the main house and you are already treated to a dazzling panorama over the Faraglioni and Marina Piccola. The villa is very bright and fully equipped with every comfortand it lies on two levels.

Ground Floor

The first level has a large living room with a fully functional equipped kitchen (including fridge, 5 gas stoves, microwave oven, toaster and all cooking utensils and tableware) and a small half bath.

First Floor

The second level is located at the top of a flight of 15 steps and houses a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with shower) and a single bedroom with hide-a-bed and private bathroom with shower.

Guest apartment

Below the main house, there is a guest apartment which is separately accessed. The spacious, open-plan layout features a double bedroom, furnished lounge and sitting areas with two sofa beds, bathroom with shower, and kitchenette.

Swimming Pool

For those who want to relax at home, La Torretta is surrounded by 3000 square meters of private land with large outdoor areas consisting of panoramic balconies and terraces, a private swimming pool and large gardens spread over diffrent levels.

Access & Parking

The property is easily accessible by cab, which arrives directly to the door. 50 meters away lies the bus stop for the local bus to Capri town. 47 steps give access to reach the house and the terrace level.
