From the parking area, a wooden staircase of 15 steps surrounded by beautifully planted greenery and manicured flowers descends to the lawn surrounding the villa. A terraced garden will welcome you with its aromatic blooms, perfectly harmonizing the surrounding landscape that continues to become the large lawn. The breathtaking view of the sea is only interrupted by some of the estate’s century-old olive trees. The property has a linear floor plan with everything developing over the same floor. To the right of the main entrance, we enter into a home office with portable PC and printer.  You then enter the main hall and a living area with a fireplace, flat screen Sat-TV, and two sitting areas with sofas and a table and a set of doors that give access to the garden and a paved terrace with sun lounge chairs. A nice patio with terracotta-tile floor lies adjacent to the main entrance and boasts French windows opening out onto a beautiful, Vine-covered pergola for unforgettable al fresco dinners, furnished with an iron table with ceramic tiles, wooden benches, and chairs. An ample, modern kitchen, bathed in light and yellow colors, with patio doors opening onto the garden and patio with outdoor dining table, enjoys mobile pantries, a dining table for 6,  electric oven, microwave, 5 burner stove, dishwasher, and a washing machine. Sliding door leads into a pantry room. The sleeping area is separated from the rest of the house and can be reached through an arch from the entrance hall.  There are three double bedrooms, all with large, beautifully tiled en-suite bathrooms with showers and excellent finishes. The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables a chest of drawers, and a window facing a set of side stairs, with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub/shower.
