Naples international airport is about an hour’s drive away. There are also frequent boats from Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi running to the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The property is at 15 minutes walking from the center of Positano (about 1,5 km), allowing for easy connections to all the highlights of the Amalfi coast such as Ravello, Sorrento and Amalfi. The area is renowned for its beauty, its hospitality, its traditional cuisine, and its charm. Villa Armony has 4 bedrooms property overlooking the sea, laying on a rocky ridge at few steps to the center Positano, the most charming location of the Amalfi Coast. The villa has a parking suitable for 2 small cars (available on request). The villa is equipped with all the modern comforts: air conditioning in all the rooms, satellite TV, Internet connection, telephone, a well-equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher, washing machine and other facilities. The property is based on many levels filled by small terraced gardens, nice spots, plants and several terraces after about 50 steps you’ll enter into a lounge area where you can enjoy a 180°view of the Coast. The furnishings are in modern style and are of excellent quality. The main access is from the third level, where are 3 double bedrooms each with own bathroom with shower and amazing panoramic views. On the second level (20 steps lower) you have the main terrace, from where you’ll have access to the garden and solarium equipped with elegant lounges and armchairs to have a drink or to read a book. Just outside of the living area there is a big outdoor dining area with a large table for a panoramic and al “fresco dinner and breakfast”, a big fountain makes all the setting really charming and welcoming. The large terrace give access on a living-room area, furnished with Mediterranean and really modern style furniture and light linen tapestries made of natural fabric, large windows from where you can enjoy a terrific scenario. On the same floor there is: a spacious living-room with a modern and well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, 1 wc with washbasin. On the ground floor take place a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, a Spa area. this bedroom has also a private access to a flight of steps that is a shortcut to reach in few minutes the centre of Positano. Note: 3 of the bedrooms in the villa have a sea view are tastefully furnished and air conditioned. Swimming Pool:The above-ground swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 3 meters (10 feet) long. The area is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.

guests can reach the property from the street level going down a route that includes approximately 36 stairway steps.

• Security deposit to be paid cash on site. Any damage to the property or its contents must be reported to a member of staff as soon as possible. Damage will be evaluated by the owner and charged accordingly.
• Guests must provide a Food and Beverage list (incl. wine, etc.) to the cook before their arrival so that the cook can insure the kitchen and bar service as soon as the guests arrive
• The cook will advance the expense for food and beverage purchasing for the arrival day
• Allergies to certain food must be very clearly mentioned well in advance before food purchase.
• The swimming pool season is from May to October. The staff do not supervise the swimming pool which must not be used at night.
• All detailed accounting of the food and beverage expenses will be given to the guests at their arrival and follow up for these expenses will be done at the end of each week
• Copy of passport and permanent home address of each guests to be provided prior to check in. The passport numbers of all of your party must be supplied for police registration purposes.
• Only authorized staff and personnel are permitted to be onsite. This includes but is not limited to chefs, cooks, housekeepers etc. Talk to you Villa Specialist today for more details.
• Water and electricity in Italy are precious resources. Please use them sparingly.
• OWNER’S LIABILITY: The owner of the property and the staff are not responsible in any way for any personal injury incurred by anyone in your party within the property or its grounds. This includes the use of the pool. The owner is not responsible for any loss or damage to the guests’ valuables or personal items.
