PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:

Luxurious villa with swimming pool 1 km from the town of Castelfalfi, famous for its Golf Club (27 holes) and for the centuries-old castle founded in 700 and recently restored to give new life to the surrounding village.

Tastefully furnished in typical Tuscan style, the villa has every comfort: air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi internet connection and fully equipped kitchen. Outside, the beautiful garden houses a swimming pool where you can relax in total privacy.

The villa is reached via a dirt road of about 800 meters not suitable for sports or low cars.

First Floor:
