LOCATION: Villa Pasitea is located in the area Arienzo, a short walk from the center of Positano.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:

Villa Pasitea, located on the Amalfi Coast, less than 1 km from the lively center of Positano and close to numerous beaches, this villa will give you unique emotions. Absolute privilege is the sea below, reachable by private descent and for the exclusive use of guests: an area equipped with all comforts for unforgettable days at the beach. From the panoramic terrace overlooking the private beach it is possible to admire Positano. In the garden (4,480 m2) we find a dining area equipped with a wood-burning oven and barbecue, and a sofa area surrounded by olive trees, to experience unique moments and instead from here it is possible to have a wonderful view of the Amalfi Coast. When you need shade, retreat to the covered veranda or choose the expansive first floor terrace, accessible from many of the bedrooms.

First Floor:

Going up the staircase that starts from the living room, you reach the upper floor which houses the sleeping area with four double bedrooms with sea view, each with private bathroom. Three of the four share a shaded terrace with a view.

Ground Floor:

The Villa is spread over two floors, on the lower floor we find a spacious fully equipped kitchen with a suggestive view, a service area including a bedroom, queen size, and a complete bathroom. French doors lead into a cool and tranquil interior, which is divided into two separate lounge areas with TV, a dining room, guest toilet with an independent kitchen overlooking the veranda.

Access & Parking:

Parking place on the property for 2 small cars or 1 big car. In alternative you can park along the street.
