LOCATION

Villa Turchese stands in a very panoramic position, overlooking one of the best views on the Amalfi Coast, taking in the beautiful bay of Positano. From the terraces of the villa you can enjoy to the full, magical atmosphere of this heavenly stretch of coast. The villa lies about 1.5 kms from Positano and the closest beach is only 200 meters away; this beach can be reached by a path of 240 steps.  Villa Turchese lies in an ideal position even for exploring day trips to the most famous towns of the region. The closest beach is the Arienzo beach, which lies a few meters away. The beach can be reached by walking a characteristic path of steps and it offers a lovely family run restaurant, where you can enjoy a light lunch, can rent umbrellas and lounge chairs or take a water shuttle and reach Positano down town within 10 minutes.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Villa Turchese takes advantage of its magnificent views; in fact, all of its spacious bedrooms have the benefit of sea views. Furnished with simple elegance, the typical Mediterranean white of the house, stands out against the blue backdrop of the sea, creating a pleasant, sunny atmosphere even in the seasons when the sun shows itself less often. The villa is equipped with all modern comforts, and every room has air-conditioning, wi-fi and the living room boasts a Sat-TV.  The villa enjoys a magnificent veranda where you can hold romantic dinners by candle-light. The interior of Villa Turchese is amazing and stylish at the same time filled with arches, vaults and niches. These details are embellished with azure majolica tiles. Each of the bedrooms have been furnished in a simple Amalfi-coastal style and threy all have balconies facing the sea, the Siren Islands and to the right, picturesque Positano. Televisions have purposefully not been placed in the bedrooms as the view is simply incredible beautiful.

Ground Floor

Villa Turchese enjoys direct access from the ground floor into a bright and super-panoramic living & dining room, furnished with cozy sofas and a large dining table with access to the panoramic, sea-view veranda. The living room has a flat screen TV and DVD. The view extends towards Positano town with its colourful house and the Sea.  The ground floor boasts the brand-new kitchenstate of an art kitchen, complete with cooking utensils, dish washer, oven, microwave, Italian and American coffee maker, toaster, lemon squeezer, refrigerator, freezer. Three double bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities.  There are 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with hydro-massage bathtub. All of the bedrooms on this floor have access to the terrace which surrounds the villa offering magnificent views of the sea.  Laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. 

First Floor

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms: One with en-suite bathroom with shower and access to the panoramic terrace; the second with en-suite bathroom with shower and great sea views.  

Guest apartment

The 6° bedroom is located off of the entrance to the main living room, up an external flight of 10 steps.  The guesthouse enjoys it’s own separate entrance to/from the property.  There is a small living area with an oversized, panoramic window looking out over the Sea and a double bedroom with balcony and en-suite bathroom with shower. 

Swimming Pool

The villa has a lovely new outdoor swimming pool, decorated with traditional ceramic tiles, located on one of the terraces and offering an amazing view of Positano bay. ( 7.5 mt x 3 mt ) and a Jacuzzi ( 1.80 mt x 2.00 mt for 4 people ). Sip a glass of wine, relax in the jacuzzi or simply relax and enjoy a peaceful afternoon in the garden.

The villa does not offer any private parking area.
