PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Il Granaio is an original olive press which has been carefully restored to create a home filled with original features. There are four bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, for up to 8 guests and reception rooms include a large and comfortable lounge and a spacious Tuscan kitchen.  The gardens are surrounded by terraced olive groves with panoramic views of the valley across the swimming pool to the medieval towers of Lucca. Olives have been collected from the terraced hillsides that surround Il Granaio for centuries. Dating back to the 16th century as the private press for the family who resided in the villa during the summer months, the olive press was fully functional until the late nineties collecting olives from the villagers and pressing some of the best olive oil that Lucca has to offer.  

Ground Floor

A large living room with Sat-TV and DVD player, sofas and board games. The beautiful living room has access to the outside dining area and to the park. The kitchen is fully equipped with a centre island perfect for cooking lessons. On this floor there is also a nice laundry room with washing machine and dryer. 

First Floor

Four nice bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Every bedroom has a queen size. Every bedroom has air conditioning, heating system and a safe. Some bedrooms overlook the garden, swimming pool and olive groves. Every bathroom has a shower and bath tub.
