Villa Gazzella is a splendid villa located right on the Como Lake, 20 km away from the highway exits and it can be reached by land or by lake. Facing one of the most romantic Lakes, the property stands in front of the Comacina Island and offers a stunning view over one of the most charming spots of Lake Como. It is the ideal solution for guests looking for a spacious, elegant and accessible location. In front of the villa there are two parking areas. Not far from the villa there are two marinas where it is possible to berth private or charter boats. Villa Gazzella is laid out on three floors, features 5 bedrooms, a fitness area with Spa (Jacuzzi tub and sauna), cinema area with TV 60” and SKY, there are various sitting areas and the fully equipped kitchen. It is surrounded by a wooded park of 4300 sqm that boasts a variety of century-old trees, laurel, olive, magnolia and fruit trees. From the villa you will enjoy a spectacular view of the lake and of the mountains and also it features a private external and heated swimming pool (8,5 x 3 m.) with lake view, a panoramic private terrace with a view of the lake, a private garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access. The property is open all year round, equipped with every functional comfort and make it an ideal place for any kind of holiday that Lake Como can offer: relaxing, sport, cultural and Eno-gastronomic holidays. Villa Gazzella is equipped with the most up-to-date amenities such as Apple Tv, satellite Tv with Led 3D screen and usb connection (in the movie room and in the bedrooms), Hi Fi with iPod support, wi-fi in the whole Villa and air- conditioning in the bedrooms. Upon request, butler and private chef service are available. Small dogs are allowed.

Swimming Pool

You will reach the swimming pool from the garden (can be heated on request) 8,5 x 3 m. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, two sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. Note: The pool can be heated, on request, (at extra cost, advance notice may be required) between 22-28° Celsius.  Specific water temperatures cannot be guaranteed and may vary due to the many environmental variables including wind, humidity, rain, ambient temperature. Access & Parking: For a successful stay at Villa Gazzella we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for up to 4 cars.
