Both entrances have video surveillance/intercom access.  The property is situated in one of the most exclusive residential addresses on the island, overlooking the centre of Capri, its historic centre, the gulf of Naples and Mount Vesuvious. It is a short 7 min. walk downhill to the centre of Capri or a 2 min drive from the town centre.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

This beautiful property enjoys, without a doubt, some of the best views over the island and the Mediterranean below.  The property boasts 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms and enjoys marvellous outdoor spaces including a large pool and pool deck, an outdoor living room and small bar, an external gazebo with couches, many sun chairs and seating areas around and on the pool deck, and a large outdoor dining area.  4 of the main bedrooms enjoy air conditioning. The property features a drawing room, large open kitchen, an outside bar, outdoor kitchen, and a large pool deck and swimming pool.  There is also wifi in the bedrooms and in the living room which covers about 1000 sq. ft. of space.  The villa enjoys vast and numerous terraces situated on 2 external floors with wonderful views out over the Mediterranean. Gorgeous open spaces and a magical atmosphere at night with the thousands of city centre lights reflecting over the town. A second terrace area boasts a large gazebo with sofas and wood tables.  The external kitchen enjoys a 4 range stovetop, a narrow pizza oven, a double barbecue, and a sink.  It’s a great outdoor cooking and eating space.  This area is embellished with nice tables and garden chairs for outdoor dining. Through the main terrace, one can directly access the villa’s beautiful drawing room with hand-made, blue ceramics tile from Capri where we find elegant sets of sofas and crystal tables, beautiful furniture, and a black piano. Part of the living room enjoys a lovely rock wall with encompassing wild ivy.  The living room boasts a TV, stereo, DVD player, and a nice bathroom with a seashell sink. The kitchen is situated next to the drawing room and is the villa’s largest a large, open space with a 6-range stovetop, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, double sink, and a large American refrigerator with freezer.  There is also a staff entrance located next to the kitchen. The second floor of the villa boasts the 6 bedrooms and 6 of the bathrooms.  3 large bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with a large shower and terrace, boasting amazing views out over the town of Capri and the Gulf of Naples.  The following two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms lead, down a corridor, to the Master bedroom, which is the villa’s largest.
