Villa Teano is a stunning property nested on a private 20-acre estate, on a hill located in the surroundings of Greve in Chianti. The property enjoys stunning views of the vineyards of the Chianti countryside, in a super strategic location, only 900 meters to the village of Panzano.  Located in the heart of Chianti, the villa lies only 20 miles from either Florence or Siena and is within a stone’s throw of some of Tuscany’s most famous towns, such as Monteriggioni, San Gimignano, Castellina, Radda, & Greve in Chianti. The area offers endless possibilities for touring, active adventures, traditional sightseeing, and food experiences, while Chianti is renowned as one of the world’s best wine regions. The view from Villa Teano is truly unique and spreads over the panoramic Tuscan hills, littered with vineyards, cypress trees, olive-groves and countryside as far as the eyes can see, and the walking trails that spring out everywhere are lined with fragrant blooms of rosemary and lavender.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Villa Teano is part of a larger, with three villas on premise – Villa Diomede, Villa Siria, and Villa Teano – all of which underwent a multi-year renovation by local artisans tasked with the meticulous search for original materials and furnishings found throughout Italy and beyond. The result is an incredibly well-decorated estate where utilities are generated from the use of clean, geothermal, and solar energy.  The external areas are littered with original stonework, terraces, and beautiful Mediterranean gardens with an abundance of olive trees and plants. 

Ground Floor

Villa Teano is a two-story house. The ground floor enjoys a large living area, a modern and well-equipped kitchen with a 7-burner stovetop and double oven, large fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and ice maker. This floor also boasts a half bath, three double bedrooms (all with en-suite bathrooms – one with shower, one with bathtub, one with jacuzzi bath w/ shower) and a set of French doors leading out to a patio with a comfortably furnished alfresco dining area.

First Floor

4 double bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms with shower. The first floor is accessible by a staircase from the ground floor. 

Swimming Pool

The villa features a breathtaking private infinity pool in a secluded area of the garden. 16 mt long x 6 mt wide 

Access & Parking

Each villa has own parking area and path to town via unpaved roads from the town of Panzano.
