The area offers endless possibilities for touring, active adventures, traditional sightseeing, and food experiences, while Chianti is renowned as one of the world’s best wine regions. The view from Villa Siria is truly unique and spreads over the panoramic Tuscan hills, littered with vineyards, cypress trees, olive-groves and countryside as far as the eyes can see, and the walking trails that spring out everywhere are lined with fragrant blooms of rosemary and lavender.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Villa Siria is part of a larger, with three villas on premise – Villa Diomede, Villa Siria, and Villa Teano – all of which underwent a multi-year renovation by local artisans tasked with the meticulous search for original materials and furnishings found throughout Italy and beyond.  The result is an incredibly well-decorated estate where utilities are generated from the use of clean, geothermal, and solar energy.  The external areas are littered with original stonework, terraces, and beautiful Mediterranean gardens with an abundance of olive trees and plants.  Villa Siria is a two-story property, a well decorated modern style, with 4 en-suite double bedrooms, a large living room, sitting room, dining room, and a contemporary, well- equipped kitchen.

First Floor

The villa can be accessed both from the main door as well as the garden which accesses the main entrance hall, leading to a hallway that connects to the 4 bedrooms – 3 doubles and a triple bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms with a shower.

Ground Floor

A staircase on the second level brings you down to the ground floor, which leads to an elegant living room with French windows looking onto the gorgeous garden. The ground floor also boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a 7-range stove top and oven, large fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and ice maker. A set of French doors leading out to a patio with a comfortably furnished alfresco dining area.

Swimming Pool

Villa Siria enjoys an outdoor Jacuzzi and an amazing panoramic indoor heated pool (up to 30°), featured by relaxing lights, a small bar, and a sitting area. A perfect place to relax after a day exploring the beautiful Chianti area.

Access & Parking

Each villa has own parking area and path to town via unpaved roads from the town of Panzano.
