Immersed in this marvelously unique landscape, you cannot help but gaze in awe at the marvels surrounding you and indeed, the Amalfi Coastline has been celebrated by artists, writers, poets and travelers since time immemorial. Villa Praia is situated in the village of Praiano, right in the heart of the Amalfi Coast. The villa has five bedrooms, each with breathtaking sea views, exclusive levels of comfort and luxurious en suite bathrooms. The terraces also offer unparalleled vistas across the water and the property has both private and direct access to the sea. The villa has been designed to provide its guests with exclusive combination of hospitality, sublime relaxation, serenity and spirituality. The traditional style of the property is in keeping with the area and the furnishings are of a very high standard; Burmese teak, white Carrara marble, a dining table created from the wood of an ancient, royal pine forest and white-textured walls painted by artisans. All of the materials used in the interior and exterior of the villa have been hand-made by Italian craftsmen but above all, Villa Praia offers its guests an unforgettable atmosphere, where the sound of silence is dappled by the whispering waters of the Mediterranean. 

Upper floor, entrance level

The living area is on the upper floor (entrance level) and has an amazing, fully fitted kitchen complete with all sorts of modern appliances for rustling up delicious meals to be eaten al fresco under the stars on the whitewashed terrace. The living space has comfortable sofas and a large, flat-screen digital TV. You’ll find it hard to leave the terrace but don’t forget to explore the lemon grove pergola and spend an hour or so day-dreaming in the hammock.

Lower floor

BEDROOM & BATHROOM

Villa Praia set on two floors with five bedrooms and five elegant En-suite bathrooms on the lower floor. Each bedroom has been designed to offer guests sublime comfort and exceptional quality with first class bed linen and far-reaching views across the sea. All five bedrooms contain fitted wardrobes and have individual access to the breakfast patio. 

OUTSIDE FEATURES

Main terrace, upper floor: The upper floor connects the kitchen to the Main terrace that offers ample seating, including six lounge chairs, ten chairs around a dining table, and two chairs and small table in an intimate awning-covered area. A private heated small swimming pool lies on one of the terraced areas below the villa. Another cozy nook, visible from the terrace, features a small lemon orchard pergola, replete with a hammock. 

Direct access to the sea: Approx. 200 steps mark a direct access path to the water.

Access & Parking

The villa has a private parking (available on request) inside the entrance gate on the level of the main road and with space for only one car. A small private road with about 70 steps down leads to the main entrance of the villa.

• Guests must provide a Food and Beverage list (incl. wine, etc.) to the cook before their arrival so that the cook can insure the kitchen and bar service as soon as the guests arrive
• The cook will advance the expense for food and beverage purchasing for the arrival day
• Allergies to certain food must be very clearly mentioned well in advance before food purchase.
• The staff do not supervise the swimming pool which must not be used at night.
• All detailed accounting of the food and beverage expenses will be given to the guests at their arrival and follow up for these expenses will be done at the end of each week
• Copy of passport and permanent home address of each guests to be provided prior to check in.The passport numbers of all of your party must be supplied for police registration purposes.
• Cellphone signal may be intermittent as the property is located in a remote area

• Water and electricity in Italy are precious resources. Please use them sparingly.
• OWNER’S LIABILITY: The owner of the property and the staff are not responsible in any way for any personal injury incurred by anyone in your party within the property or its grounds. This includes the use of the pool. The owner is not responsible for any loss or damage to the guests’ valuables or personal items.
