Villa Nina is a “modern” style property  where elegance of form and colour reign supreme,situated  near Monsummano Terme. Villa Nina  is the perfect spot for those who want a holiday in total privacy, relaxation and tranquility in the Tuscan countryside but who also want shopping and transport nearby. The nearest town, Cintolese, is 1.5km. away and has a supermarket, pharmacy,post office, caffe’, bank and is only a short walk to a pizza/restaurant in the evening. For sports lovers, there is an 18 hole golf course “La Pievaccia” 2 kms away, and a tennis club as well. The villa is surrounded by a large and well cared-for garden with big, L-shaped pool and is well equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, 2 showers etc. Thanks to the wooden pergola with curtains the lounge areat beside the pool is perfect for moments of relax, with a good book and a prosecco. The kitchen leads to an outside pergola where you can eat and enjoy the local products.In the garden there is also a barbeque area. There is a spacious parking area outside the gates, but still inside the property.

Ground Floor

The ground floor consists of various open areas which join up the rooms themselves without dividing them and the glass doors and the skylights create a luminous atmosphere dominated by light colours like white, brown and beige. The open space on the ground floor is divided into a dining area, a modern and well equipped kitchen (stove, bar with fridge and icemaker, comfortable sofa and satellite tv.)

SPA

A distinguished private SPA offers an indoor heated hydromassage pool ( 3,80 mt. x 2,5 mt x 1mt depth ), sauna ( 4 mq ), Turkish bath (4 mq ) and two heated relax beds. This area of the house also offers a beautiful panoramic view of the outdoor area. Villa Nina is the perfect place for pure relax after a day of Tuscan adventures in the area.

First Floor

On the first floor, you can find five double bedrooms all beautifully refined with a tasteful minimalistic design, all with SAT-TV and private bathroom with shower. Three of the bedrooms also have a single bed.  Finally, there is a TV room with a large lounge. This area can be reached only by a lift from the SPA.

Swimming Pool

The villa features and outdoor pool of 11 mts x 7 mts and an indoor heated pool 4 mts x 5 mts
