You will be halfway between the beach (Spiaggia Grande or Spiaggia Fornillo) and the state coastal road, practically the entrance to the town of Positano in a great and convenient position. The elegant shopping streets, restaurants and the beach can be easily reached by going down through these famous old narrow stairways and steps of Positano called ‘scalinatelle’. DESCRIPTION

Villa Moresca completely renovated and restored, is a bright an elegant three-story villa, which faces the sun and the sea. A subtle mix of classic and modern styles transforms this historic villa in a central, particularly panoramic position of Positano. The property is paved with refined wood floors, antique handmade majolica tiles in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. Villa Moresca is located in a historic area of Positano, the villa dates back to the 1800s. In fact, this area was owned by the monks, after all the properties in the area ended up in the hands of a noble family trader and manufacturer of hemp bags.It features a spacious private terrace, a private swimming pool with a view of the sea; all of the bedrooms in this property enjoy air conditioning, flat screen TV’s (Satellite TV & Sky, hairdryer).The entrance has a small elegant terrace, which leads to the middle floor of the villa.

The middle floor, (Entrance Level) Master Suite with Sea View

Suite master bedroom where modern design meets classic interior decoration, with its little romantic terrace you can spend your holiday unforgettable. The spacious bathroom is decorated with black and white marble, which it is very refined and equipped with hot tub and shower.The furniture includes a flat screen TV, setting area with dressing corner, wardrobe, large mirror, two armchairs and a coffee table. There is an elegant fireplace made of stone.

First Floor

The first floor, up 25 steps from the middle floor and main entrance hall, consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower each with air conditioning, all located along a corridor. 1st Double room with a small balcony Sea and Positano View: this room type is characterized by its contemporary furniture featuring green and light colours, elegantly furnished and complete with air conditioning, LCD/flat screen TV, Satellite TV, and Wi-Fi.  The bedroom has a double bed, the furniture includea desk, a sofa with double bed, a large wardrobe and from this room you can access through a French door a wonderful small balcony (shared with the third bedroom, please see the description below) that offers spectacular sea views, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast and of the small Li Galli islands at a distance.

2nd Double room with an open mezzanine level

The second bedroom, you will find an open mezzanine level, you will be able to access it from the climbing 12 steps, and the furnishings of the mezzanine include a double-bed modern style (170 cm/66 inches). The furniture includes a flat screen TV, dressing corner with wardrobe, two armchairs, a desk, and a comfortable sofa.

3st Double room with a small balcony Sea and Positano View

The third bedroom and the last of this floor, it is also characterized by light colors, elegant wood furniture such as wardrobe and a desk, two comfortable armchairs, a coffee table and a flat screen TV. From this room you can access through a French door a wonderful small-shared balcony.

Second Floor

20 steps down from the middle floor leads to the second floor, consist of one double room with en-suite bathroom, a bathroom with Jacuzzi (bath and shower), a comfortable living room, a modern and professional kitchen, the dining room, the main terrace are located on this second floor. 

4th Double room with en-suite bathroom

The bedroom room has a double bed, the bathroom is tiled with lucid handmade majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower, a hairdryer, and a window. Also elegant wood furniture such as wardrobe and a desk, two comfortable armchairs, a coffee table and a flat screen TV. From this room you can access through a French door to the wonderful main terrace.

5st Double bedroom

You will be able to enter the second bedroom of this floor from the living room. The bedroom has a double bed. The furniture includes a flat screen TV, dressing corner with wardrobe, one armchair, and a desk. The room also opens out onto the main terrace.

Living room

The living room, which is between the corridor and the kitchen enjoys a corner sofa and a large flat screen TV.

Bathroom

On this floor, there is a bathroom with hot tub and shower, is tiled with lucid blue handmade majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin and a toilet.

Fully equipped Kitchen

The spectacular kitchen is divided into two areas, is tiled entirely with white tiles.  There is a snack area with three seats, it features a large semi-round cooking station with a six-burner gas cooker, 2 refrigerator one with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee maker, a toaster other small appliances and a double-sink. Here you can find professional tools such us a big electric oven, icemaker, a toaster, and meat-slicer. There is also a small half- bath.

Dining room

The dining room is characterized by a spectacular color combination of handcrafted tiles, elegant chairs and a table. In addition, the dining room leads onto the main terrace, which offers a shaded dining area with iron table handcrafted ideal for breakfast and al-fresco dining.

The main Terrace

The main terrace is 100 square meters large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof. The terrace is equipped with two wrought iron sofas and armchairs, as well as with a table and chairs. From the terrace, you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea, Positano and the coast. Also on this terrace, there is a vegetation typical of Positano: lemons, mandarins, oranges, palm trees, bougainvillea, flowers and various plants.

Swimming Pool

Located 20 steps down from the main terrace. The infinity pool 4 meters (13 feet) large, 8.5 meters (27 feet) long, 1.20 meters (3 feet) is lined in blue PVC, surface measures about 32 m² that can be heated on request. The area surrounding it is partly covered by lawn and partly paved. The (sun deck) solarium area is large 45mq is equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs and umbrella. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. The outdoor pool has coverage and heating during the Autumn-Winter in the months of October and March. Maximum temperature between 27 and 29 ° C (80-84F °). 

Access villa

You will reach the property from the street level going down approximately 55 stairway steps.
