In the past, the building was an ancient monastery that has now been transformed into a country villa. For century, the villa was a residence and winery, and more recently for many years as a highly regarded gourmet restaurant. The property garden is like a private park and includes fruit and herb cultivations, beautiful centuries-old olive trees and a romantic pergola. Guests can enjoy the immense space, spend hours of complete relaxation thanks to the private swimming pool, the guardhouse, the gym and the spacious interiors. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:

Villa Mocasina, after a meticulous renovation that has left the charm of its history, offers its guests the maximum comfort in a modern environment. The villa has three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning; they can accommodate a maximum of 6-8 persons. In addition, there are two extra half bathrooms, a library, a living/dining room with a home theatre, and a cellar that has been converted into a gym. The villa offers excellent kitchen service; it has three gourmet kitchens: two indoor and one outdoor, all equipped with professional appliances and a wine refrigerator attached to the wine cellar.

Swimming Pool:
