The handmade iron gate leads to the main entrance, and the big Bougainvillea plant signaling your arrival.  The villa is composed of a Main Villa and Annex (3).

MAIN HOUSE

The main villa is composed of a large, vaulted ceiling living room, lined with columns, sofas, a 32” Satellite TV & DV, and a terracotta tiled floor.  Two balconies lead down 4 steps onto a furnished terrace, enjoying sofas, built-in stone benches with cushions, and a variety of garden furniture looking on to the 6×3 meter swimming pool.  The terrace offers incredible views over Marina Piccola and the park below. There is also an outdoor dining area with table and chairs. Fully equipped kitchen with large, two-door refrigerator, 5 range stove-top, electric oven, toaster, microwave, and dishwasher.  15 steps up from the kitchen lies the laundry room with washing machine. The first single bedroom with French bed and en -suite bathroom with shower is located next to the kitchen. An internal staircase leads to the first floor with 3 beautiful, double bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.  Two of these bedrooms also boast private access onto a large terrace with views out onto the garden and towards the sea. Annex 1 “O” (5 guests): The annex lies next two the main villa and is composed of a smaller living room with flat screen TV, Queen size sofa bed, double bedroom Queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with a large shower box. The second bedroom has twin beds and a large private bathroom with shower.  The annex enjoys a large terrace with views out onto the park and Marina Piccola. Annex “G” 2, (3 guests): The second annex has a Queen size bedroom, bathrooms with shower and 1 single bedroom. Annex “P” n.3 (4 guests): The third annex has n.1-bedroom, queen size sofa bed, private bathroom.

Access & Parking

You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the historic center of Capri. You will reach Villa Marinella from (10-minute walk) from Piazzetta square of Capri. Once accessed the pretty handmade iron gate you can follow the stunning bougainvillea path till the main house entrance. Parking: please note that the property cannot be reached by car or motorbike.

Swimming Pool

From the living room 2 exits lead to the pool terrace, where you can enjoy your time relaxing equipped with sofas and chairs, the swimming pool of 6 x 3 meters. From here you can admire an incredible view over the bay of Marina Piccola.
