Villa Malvasia keeps the charm of a countryside noble villa; the owner family owed this property since 1489, as a country home used for the grape harvest period. This tradition still lives in fact,  it is possible to try the amazing experience of harvesting and working at the wine cellar, with a degustation of typical products. The surrounding area also hosts  other noble villas dating back to 1700 and 1900.

It has been renovated and fully accessorized in 2018 and thanks to its position it guarantees comfort and privacy even in the outdoor areas: the external ambiences are equipped with a beautiful pool, the solarium with beach beds, the large furnished porch. All the areas have a minimal design, which offers to guests an unforgettable vacation. The four rooms have elegant furniture. The ground floor consists of a large living room with dining area and two bathrooms. The sleeping area is located on the upper floor where lie 4 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.

The outdoor area consists of about 7700 sq. m. including 3000 sq.m of garden and 4700 sq.m of park. The majestic pool is set right in front of the patio and is furnished with sunbeds. Villa Malvasia thanks to the large variety of vegetation, offers an enchanting naturalistic landscape.
