The villa has been restored with all the modern furniture in order to offer maximum comfort during your stay at Villa Solemare. The living area has large windows enlightening the whole living room which is divided into an equipped space with TV and sofas, one of them is double for 2 people, and a dining room. Few steps away lies the well-equipped kitchen, with electric oven and dishwasher. Near the living area there is a bathroom with a small closet and a washing machine.

The sleeping area has a large hallway that separates the 4 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 double with an additional single bed, 1 double with ensuite bathroom, and 1 bedroom with a French bed ideal for an adult or for two children. Two independent shower rooms complete the sleeping area. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows.

Outdoor area and Swimming Pool

Villa Solemare features a beautiful pool with sea view, an amazing garden connecting to the coast and a large shaded veranda. The poolside is equipped with a gazebo offering both a sitting area and a nice solarium with designer sunbeds and a comfortable outdoor shower. The surrounding area offers stunning view over the coastal landscape and the ambiences are equipped  with all the modern comforts and privacy.

The veranda overlooking the sea is the ideal place to enjoy lunches and outdoor dinners facing the sea; the BBQ facilities are a plus to have friendly moments during the vacation. In addition to the large table and chairs, the veranda with wooden roof also offers a sitting area with sofas for reading and relaxation.
