In the surrounding area there are many interesting little towns to visit spread over the surrounding countryside such as Montescudaio, without doubt one of the most beautiful towns in the Pisa area, Ripabella and Casale Marittimo.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Villa Gemma is a fomer farm house, which has been faithfully restored according to the Tuscan tradition. It is in an open position and dominates a 360 degree view of the countryside, isolated and tranquil. The villa is on two levels and is approximately 600 square metres. It can host 16 people in two apartments, each with 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The two apartments are independent, but can be connected by an inside staircase. 5 extra beds can be added for a total of 21 guests. 

Ground floor:

Large lounge room with TV and a dining area, kitchen and 4 double bedrooms, all with private bathroom with shower. The kitchen and areas downstairs are ideal for 16 people. 

Upper floor

An inside staircase leads to the upper floor (appr 290 sq mts). There is a panoramic kitchen, dining area, lounge. 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms ensuite and an extra courtesy bathroom. There is a panoramic terrace with BBQ and the solarium is equipped with 8 loungers and 8 chairs. It has a panoramic terrace facing South and a staircase leading directly to the garden. The terrace has umbrellas, table and chairs. Outside there is a second BBQ with oven.

Swimming Pool:

The private pool can be heated and has a spectacular view on the surrounding hills, with umbrellas and pool loungers. Pool measures: 6 mts x 12 mts and cm 1.50 deep
