Villa Siria is a stunning property nested on a private 20-acre estate, on a hill located in the surroundings of Greve in Chianti. The property enjoys stunning views of the vineyards of the Chianti countryside, in a super strategic location, only 900 meters to the village of Panzano.  Located in the heart of Chianti, the villa lies only 20 miles from either Florence or Siena and is within a stone’s throw of some of Tuscany’s most famous towns, such as Monteriggioni, San Gimignano, Castellina, Radda, & Greve in Chianti. The area offers endless possibilities for touring, active adventures, traditional sightseeing, and food experiences, while Chianti is renowned as one of the world’s best wine regions. The view from Villa Siria is truly unique and spreads over the panoramic Tuscan hills, littered with vineyards, cypress trees, olive-groves and countryside as far as the eyes can see, and the walking trails that spring out everywhere are lined with fragrant blooms of rosemary and lavender.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Villa Diomede is part of a larger, with three villas on premise – Villa Diomede, Villa Siria, and Villa Teano – all of which underwent a multi-year renovation by local artisans tasked with the meticulous search for original materials and furnishings found throughout Italy and beyond.  The result is an incredibly well-decorated estate where utilities are generated from the use of clean, geothermal, and solar energy.  The external areas are littered with original stonework, terraces, and beautiful Mediterranean gardens with an abundance of olive trees and plants. Villa Diomede is spread out over 5 different levels, enjoying lots of cozy nooks stylish furnishings. The property is very well decorated with a mix of modern and classic style. 

First Level

Up a short flight of steps, the first level enjoys a wellness area with an amazing panoramic indoor pool (heatable up to 30°). This floor also enjoys a small bar and comfortable living area. 

Second Level

Two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one with a shower, the other with a bathtub). Large kitchen with a 7-burner stovetop, double oven, large fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and ice maker. A French door leads out to a patio with an alfresco dining area.  The second level enjoys a large, beautiful Master bedroom comfortably completed by a large jacuzzi bathtub in the master and an en-suite bathroom.

Third Level

The main level of Villa Diomede looks out onto the garden and the valley through French windows.  There is a large refined living space, divided into two living areas furnished with sofas and a fireplace, and a third with a sofa, a table, and a fridge for a quick snack. The 3rd level also enjoys a 5th and a 6th bedroom, each with an en-suite bath with shower. 

Fourth level

Small living reached by an internal staircase from the third floor.

Tower Unit

Accessible from the small living room from the fourth level, the tower unit hosts a double bedroom with en-suite bath with shower.  This romantic unit enjoy some of the most enchanting views of the entire property. 

Swimming Pool

Villa Diomede features a heated private swimming pool, with a magnificent view of the garden in a secluded area of the garden in its upper part and also an amazing indoor heated pool (up to 30°), featured by relaxing lights, small bar and a sitting. A perfect place to relax after a day exploring the beautiful Chianti area. Outdoor  pool 8 mt long x 6 mt wide.

Access & Parking

The villa has own parking area and path to town via unpaved roads from the town of Panzano.
