LOCATION

Villa Corallo is located in the town of Anacapri on the island of Capri. The location is right above the Blue Grotto. The villa has a main entrance directly on the road with a gate for the entry of cars and here you enter at the level of the garden from where with a dozen steps you reach the ground floor of the villa. It has 2 other secondary entrances, one allows you to reach the first floor level by car and gives the possibility of accessing the rooms directly from a secondary road without having to climb stairs. From the whole villa you have a beautiful Sea view overlooking the islands of Ischia and Procida and you can admire the most beautiful sunsets of the island of Capri.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The main entrance to the property is at the level of the main garden, here through the gate you have access for cars to a large parking lot. Through a series of steps that cross the gardens of the Villa, for a total of 24 steps, you have access to the main terrace just in front of the entrance of Villa Corallo. This terrace embraces the entire villa and is equipped with large masonry seats under the trees and Mediterranean blooms. The entrance of the villa is on the ground floor directly in the main hall of the size of 350 square meters. The living room is surrounded by huge and large windows with a total view of the Sea; here is the dining table plus another small round table, a fireplace and a piano. Sofas and armchairs with TV area and relaxation area in greater numbers than the number of guests in the villa. The living room has 3 service bathrooms which are accessed through glass doors decorated with red coral. On the same floor as the living room there are the first two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. From the main living room, 8 large wood-clad steps lead to the large rustic-style kitchen with massive masonry furniture, oven, sink, hob, large fridge. A 9-step staircase leads from the kitchen to the first floor where you enter an entrance lounge equipped with a sofa, armchairs and a large wine cellar. From this hallway you have access to 5 bedrooms on the same first floor; the master room on the left has an entrance lounge with large wardrobe and chest of drawers and the other rooms with walk-in closet, all these rooms have a balcony with access to the terrace with sun loungers. One of these 5 bedrooms on the first floor has it’s own terrace with direct access to the street on the same level. The eighth bedroom is located half a floor higher than the first floor. It is accessed from the living room – corridor on the first floor via a 9-step staircase; this room, like the master, does not have a walk-in closet but has an entrance sitting area and a large bathroom, it is the only one equipped not only with a shower but also with a bathtub and a double sink. It has no balcony but window overlooking the pool area. Returning to the main terrace on the ground, this is the fulcrum of Villa Corallo, in fact from this one leads to another terrace with barbecue, another with tables for the breakfast area where there is the second kitchen of the villa, also very large and equipped with all accessories as well as a classic wood-burning oven for pizzas. On the breakfast terrace, in addition to the large square table, there is another round table with 6 seats and 12 seats on outdoor sofas and armchairs. From all the terraces and balconies and windows of the villa you can enjoy the view of the Bay of Naples between Capri and Ischia, Procida and Nisida and from here you can enjoy the famous Capri sunsets.

Swimming Pool

• From the breakfast terrace you have access to the bathroom that serves this area and the swimming pool, also equipped with a shower. Climbing 4 steps leads to the pool of 10 x 8 meters on each side and 1.70 meters of average depth with 4 large submerged entrance steps. The pool area is equipped with large spaces with 12 seats on outdoor sofas and armchairs, 6 single beds, 3 double beds, 3 deck chairs, 3 umbrellas, one of which is large coverage.
