PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Villa Cataldo is a farm house, which has been recently restored, furnished and equipped with all comforts. The charming property has rustic stone-walled exteriors with a lovely setting and its prefect for a relaxing holiday. The large common areas and living rooms are well appointed and allow you to enjoy the typical Tuscan features such as the beautiful wooden floors, the wooden ceilings and even fireplaces make it out for a cozy moment even during the colder months of the year.

This floor opens onto a living area with sofa wherefrom there is access, through an internal staircase, to two of the bedrooms, both with queen size beds and en-suite bathrooms with shower.

Spacious kitchen in Tuscan style which is connected to the dining area furnished with a large table and twelve chairs. This floor also host the Wellness room equipped with a treadmill, a stationary bike and additional fitness machines.

Swimming Pool

The outdoor spaces host a pool as well as a Jacuzzi.
