Villa Alexander was built in 1950 in honor of the mother of Princess Mafalda, daughter of King Victor Emmanuel III. Recently renovated, Villa Alexander maintains its original splendor while its interiors have recently been enriched with tastefully selected materials and furnishings.

Access to the Villa is gained by walking across the garden from the private parking area.  From the main entrance, the dining room awaits while a living room to the left leads to the garden and the pool.  There is a large, fully equipped modern kitchen, behind which is located the first, small single bedroom with bathroom and bathtub.  To the right of the dining room, a doorway leads to a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.  A second door opens into a second twin bedroom adjacent to a bathroom with bathtub and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower completes the ground floor.

This two-story villa has an elegantly curved staircase which connects the ground to the first floors. The first floor hosts a double bedroom with bathroom with bathtub and access to the terrace and a cozy study with a fireplace and large windows overlooking the sea.  A glass door offers direct access to the terrace from where a few steps takes you to the swimming pool area. The property boasts air conditioning in 4 of the bedrooms and in the living room on the first floor.

One of the most elegant and easily accessible properties on the whole of Capri, the villa is located close to the island’s heliport and a bus stop. If you’re travelling by taxi, your driver will be able to drop you off directly outside the villa.
