Villa Accento is located in a little hamlet called Fonteblanda where the name is enough to sweeten the spirit and make one want to relax, forget about everyday life and be pampered by an inviting travel destination: is a word musical, encompassing an ancient history and telling us about a haven of well-being, but it is first and foremost a beautiful Tuscan resort in the province of Grosseto, included in the municipal territory of Orbetello. Nestled between the Tyrrhenian Sea and the slopes of Poggio Talamonaccio, Fonteblanda is a springboard to a land steeped in culture and a resplendent coastline, caressed by the crystal-clear water.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:

The villa has 3 floors;all bedrooms and connecting rooms have A/C, heating, interior and exterior blinds and all the rooms and bathrooms have mosquito nets on the windows. The garden of the villa is around 4 hectares of land and it includes the main terrace in front of the villa, shaded by secular pine trees, palm trees and wild olive trees. Meals can be enjoyed in the shade and in the breeze for up to 20 people, and two connected external sitting areas are placed under the olive trees, ideal for relaxing during the day and enjoying wonderful aperitivo’s at sunset overlooking the Bay of Talamone, Talamone Port and the Island of Giglio. On the left side of the villa there is a winter garden, shaded by wind, where one can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner in mid-season. Just over this winter garden and reachable from the winter garden, from the back of the villa and from the front main terrace, there is a shaded Rose-garden, some terraces and a vegetable garden, producing fresh vegetables ready for the Chef to serve during the meals.

Ground Floor:

The ground floor hosts the main dining room, the main living room with two separate sitting areas and an ancient fireplace to warm up more chilly evenings during non-summer months, a little studio with a fireplace connecting the main sitting room to the dining room, and it’s TV Room, other than the kitchen, fully set up with professional equipment to grant clients most sophisticated needs.

First Floor:

The first floor hosts the main Master apartment, with its kitchenette with fridge, its private living

room overlooking the main terrace, olive and palm trees and the Bay of Talamone, and two

bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. The Master room has both a vintage bathtub and separate

shower box and two separate sinks, while the other room has a newly renovated shower, ideal

also, for people with limited accessibility. On the first floor we have other 5 bedrooms, of which 3 have en-suite bathroom and overlook the garden, while the other 2 bedrooms have its own private bathroom just a few steps away from the room entrance, and overlook the main terrace and the bay of Talamone.

Second Floor:

On the second floor there are other 3 bedrooms, of which 2 en-suite and 1 with private external

bathroom. The 2 en-suite rooms on this floor are each composed of two rooms, and both of them have a sofa bed ideal for children or for housing extra guests.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:

• 3 Suites with Sea view, for a maximum of 2 people per room
• 4 double rooms with en-suite bathroom, with garden view, for a maximum of 2 people per room
• 3 double rooms with private external bathroom (for the exclusive use of the room), with sea view, for a maximum of 2 people per room

Swimming Pool:

The pool area is also accessible from the left side of the villa. It is roughly 100 meters away,

granting both privacy to the guests staying at the house as well as to the guests enjoying the pool. The infinity pool is equipped with 20 sunbeds and 10 shading large umbrellas. An exterior lounge area is also available by the bar/pool house where a changing room is located.

Access & Parking:

The villa offers its guests a private parking area.

• Languages Spoken (Advanced Level): Italian, English, German, French (basic). All staff has to be granted a day off per week, although the service for guests is always guaranteed either by a replacement of the cleaning or serving staff or by the Sous-chef for meals
