Upon entrance, you find yourself in a patio full of Mediterranean flowers from where you have a direct access to different areas of the property: a panoramic spacious terrace and a master bedroom to the left, the kitchen, a living area with the second double bedroom to the right.

A master bedroom (bed measures 1.60 m and can be also become twin) has an antique dresser, flat screen TV, a fireplace and en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub. There is a direct access to a panoramic terrace with sea and Positano town views which is nicely furnished with comfortable sofas, sun lounges, a coffee table and a lamp. The first of the two fully equipped kitchens is located on this floor. It offers a microwave, American coffee machine, 5 range stove, large fridge with an ice maker and freezer; a pizza oven is also available. A small sitting area, partly in original rock, can be accessed either from the external patio or from the kitchen and is furnished with comfortable sofa and glass topped table. Twelve steps up from this area lead you to a small open room with a single bed (suitable to a 7-13 y.o. child 1.65 x 65) with en suite bathroom with a shower. The second double bedroom (bed measures 1.80 m) offers an antique dresser, flat screen TV, a fireplace, bedside tables and a large wardrobe. The bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower and a direct patio access through nice French doors. The third bedroom has both a window and direct garden access. En suite bathroom with a shower is available. On the lower floor, one can find the fourth bedroom that has a small non-panoramic window. This bedroom has a queen size bed and en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi shower and is perfect for either one adult or two children/teenagers. On the lower level of the property, (a flight of 23 steps will lead you there down through a wonderful garden), a further part of the property is located and is composed of a dining room with a nice wooden table seating 14 & a fully equipped kitchen with pizza oven.

Garden & swimming pool The garden, full of Mediterranean plants and flowers, is located on different levels and has spectacular views of the sea and town. A swimming pool has a Jacuzzi and is equipped with sun lounges, external show & dressing cabins. The dining table sitting 10 is situated in front of the pool and could be suitable for al fresco dining.
