Casa Fiorenza is a bright and elegant apartment located in the center of Positano. It features a private jacuzzi pool, a spacious private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning and WI-FI Internet access. The property is located in the heart of Positano, a few steps from restaurants and shops. The house has a beautiful entrance, and immediately after climbing some steps you will notice a comfortable Veranda that you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea! The verandah is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. Is equipped with a long sofa and armchairs. From the living room, you will be able to enter the wellness room, it features an above-ground heated Jacuzzi pool with hydro massage with six seats. Please note: the jacuzzi can be heated, on request, between 22-28° Celsius. Specific water temperatures cannot be guaranteed and may vary due to the many environmental variables including wind, humidity, rain, ambient temperature. The wellness room has a window with a view of the sea. Living room area: this large room you can find a practical fireplace made of stone, the dining table can accommodate six guests, a flat-screen television (local channels). The furnishings are modern and welcoming that include also two armchairs. The kitchen is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, a microwave/oven combo, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker. Bedrooms: each bedroom (2 double and 1 twin) has a private bathroom, equipped with an air conditioning / heating unit.  The first bedroom has a small balcony while the second bedroom has access to the terrace through a French door. Access/ Parking: You will reach the property from the street level going up approximately 50 stairway steps. You will not need a car to stay at Casa Fiorenza. If you do have one, you will be able to park it downtown, for a fee, in a private parking lot.
