PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:

Ground Floor:

An entire floor is dedicated to the Master bedroom. The space has been built directly into the exposed rock, creating a relaxed and fresh ambience. The level enjoys floor to ceiling windows, a wood-burning fireplace, a walk-in robe, and en-suite bathroom and a large living area with designer sofas and a large TV screen.

First Floor (Main Apartment):

The second floor is dedicated to the remaining three double bedroom suite and living areas. 

Suite n. 1 has and en-suite with Italian marble finishes. Suite n. 2 and Suite n. 3 a bathroom finished in precious white Carrara marble. The interior is completed with a modern dining room and a living room with fantastic sea view. 

Staff Annex:

The property has an annex for staff staying on the premises, meaning guests receive the highest level of service any time of the day or night

Swimming Pool & Terrace: 

Large sun terrace includes swimming pool (8 meters long x 3 meters wide, 1.5 – 3 meters deep) with diving board, sun lounges and views over Capri
