Set on two levels, this exclusive, newly built contemporary villa features bright, cosy interiors with large glass doors open onto the garden and the surrounding landscape. The ground floor includes a living area with kitchen, a luxury suite with a double bed, in-room Jacuzzi tub and bathroom, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and a 4th bathroom with shower. The first floor, accessed through an external staircase, includes another living/dining room with kitchen, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom and a guest bathroom. The villa also has a wellness area with sauna and a treadmill and a number of other amenities, such as A/C, Wi-Fi, 4 Sat-TVs, washing machine, dryer, 2 dishwashers and safe box.
