LOCATION

The Tower complex is a unique estate composed of five privately owned apartments, overlooking the Bay of Positano, with garden, swimming pool and private access to the beach. The complex is independent and gated.Thesea faced terraces are bathed in sunlight throughout the day and the orchards which surrounds each of the apartments are the heart of this four-acre garden estate; a flowered and gardened oasis of citrus and olive trees and a variety of Mediterranean plants and flowers. 

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Casa Aechmea faces South overlooking the Bay of Positano and the Galli Islands with a terrace bathed in sun all day long. Built above Le Colonne house , Casa Aechmea overlooks the main beach of Positano and it is surrounded by lush vegetable gardens, citrus and olive trees. A private terrace, a small kitchen, a living room and a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, makes this the perfect place for a couple or a small family.

Swimming Pool and private beach access

The shared pool is a a magnificent spot providing an incomparable view overlooking the Positano bay. The beach, with crystal-clear waters, has private access. There are no beach facilities available. 

Access & Parking

The property is situated at approx. 70 steps (mixed to pathways) below the main road and its suggested that guests use the town porters for the luggage. The fee is € 10 per piece from 8 AM to 8 PM (€ 15 per piece if arriving by boat) and € 20 per piece from 8 PM to 8 AM. Costs may vary.

VILLA POLICIES

• Check in time: From 4PM to 8PM, if necessary, we can arrange for a later check-in, only within 10PM, with an extra charge of € 50,00.
• Check out time: before 10AM.
• The shared swimming pool is open 9AM to 6PM from May 1st through Mid October (depending on weather conditions).
• The swimming pool has 4 sunbeds: disinfectant spray for the beds (to be used on arrival and possibly before leaving) and hand gel will be available by the pool.
