PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

La Catinese is a luxury villa with a beautiful private garden with a fountain, olive groves and a nice veranda, both offering an incredible view overlooking the valley and the old town.  There is a nice al fresco dining area, with a stone table and comfortable seating for up to 11 guests, where you can enjoy the sunset, while sipping a glass of wine, while enjoying an aperitive or dinner.

Entrance level 

Living room with fireplace. Three bedrooms, two of them sharing a private bathroom and one with private bathroom also accessible from the outside of the villa. Acess to covered terraces.

First Floor

Sleeping area, with three en-suite bedrooms, including the master bedroom with private covered panoramic terrace and en-suite bathroom with hydromassage tub.

Ground floor

The living and dining area are perfect for family gatherings or even culinary lessons: there are big wooden tables and chairs for up to 16 seats. The living area opens onto the veranda and the kitchen with the wine cellar. La Catinese has a newly restored kitchen (65 sqm) featuring professional tools, including a vertical oven, microwave oven, professional fridge and dishwasher. The kitchen has direct access to the living and dining area. The veranda is suitable for dinners with private chef or private receptions bathed in a beautiful natural light.

• La Catinese Room N. 1 Large double bedroom with fireplace, wardrobe cabin. There is room for additional rollaway bed or baby cot for children. Shared bathroom
• La Catinese Room N. 2 French double bed in an original wooden shape with its matching closet make this room cozy and warm. Private terrace access overlooking the valley and the hill of Montecatini Alto and the swimming pool. Shared bathroom
• La Catinese Room N. 6 This master King-size bedroom is made of two separate areas, en lighted by eight window-doors, completely darkened at night time. TV. Double sofa bed and a private table with chairs for en-suite emaild. The room has a private bathroom and a private access from outside the villa, through a lovely and panoramic furnished patio.

First floor

• La Catinese Room N. 3 & N. 4 These double rooms has a nice panoramic window, large wardrobe. En-suite bathroom with shower and tub with hydromassage, with a big basin and a huge mirror wall.
• La Catinese Room N. 5 Master bedroom with wooden double bed, private terrace for romantic and panoramic breakfasts or drinks, and a hydromassage en-suite bathroom, with huge spaces and also an access to the same private terrace. Wardrobe cabin.

Swimming Pool

The 200 sqm heated swimming pool is open all year round. The pool is child friendly and fully gated. There are plenty of armchairs, chaise-longues and chairs available at the pool level, including umbrellas. 2 changing rooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 showers, a small self catering bar with fridge and ice maker. Wifi, table tennis, BBQ and a huge tent where to spend your hours by the pool.

Access & Parking

La Catinese is reached by a short dirt road, rowed with tall pine trees and there is space for more than 10 cars the premises.
