PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Villa Elvira is a two storey luxury villa. The property covers 3000 sqm of land of which 2500 sqm incorporate in the garden area. The several terraces around the outdoor area will gift you with unforgettable “Aperitivo” sunsets.The villa provides 4 luxurious Master bedrooms with lake view and access to the terraces, as well as two beautiful standard rooms, each of the six rooms has its own bathroom. The heart of the villa forms the outside infinity pool with connected Jacuzzi and the terraces with magnificent lake view. Every Master Room has been designed with special attention to the lake view and the natural lighting; each Master Room provides a unique view over the charismatic landscape of Lake Como and the characteristic area of Comancina Island. With respect to nature, the materials used for the interior design have been explicitly selected to be local cherry wood and serpentino stone form Valmalenco Valley.Both Standard Rooms are located at the ground floor, in-between a beautiful interior garden terrace. Their design is kept in a modern and illuminating style – with each an own bathroom, that compliments the atmosphere of the whole villa. The living room, dining room and kitchen are positioned in an open space are with a stunning lake view through a wide window front and directlty connected to the pool are and the terrace.  The indoor recreation spaces redesigned with loft characteristics and open spaces, which allows communicate togetherness. However, diffrent levels of the kitchen, the dining and the living area ensure dispersion. The backside glass door of kitchen leads to a small inner courtyard, covered in jasmine, lavender and typical Italian aromatic herbs. The wide space front window and the sky window allow the natural lights to flood through the whole area.
