Discover peace and serenity as you have never experienced before at Villa Cindy. Built with grandeur at the beginning of the 19th century, totally reconstructed in 2005 and totally refurbished with glamour and elegance the villa now features endless lawns that create a serene park-like setting allowing you to enjoy the Italian garden style and take advantage of an extensive well kept outdoor space. Slip into the splendid style that is synonymous with Lake Como. Enjoy exclusivity, luxury and unique breath-taking views like no where else.

The villa occupies 1000 sqm, it spreads over 5 floors connected by an internal elevator. and can accommodate up to 20 guests. This makes the property suitable for even for large groups of all ages and also allows each guest space, peace and privacy while still allowing everyone to spend time together in the villa’s beautiful common areas with the many indoor and outdoor facilities this vacation home offers.
Villa Cindy is fully staffed, including a private Chef. Staff in this villa are fully dedicated to making your vacation an special one. The private Chef will prepare authentic, delicious Italian meals for the guests meeting any preferences, but for those who want to try out their cooking skills then the villa features a wonderful 100 sqm fully-equipped kitchen.
Villa Cindy also boasts beautiful gardens where you can enjoy breakfast on the terrace outside the kitchen. An alfresco dining experience in the pergola, while abandon in stunning views and beautiful weather and feel completely at peace at Villa Cindy.
All the suites and bedrooms at Villa Cindy have comfortable beds and stunning lake or garden views. The master bedroom in this villa is located on the third floor and is fitted with a king-sized round bed. There are three large windows in this room and a double balcony boasting a view of the lake. Allow the lovely fresh air and the Italian sun to stream into the room, a wonderful thing to wake up to in the morning. This bedroom also features a large walk-in wardrobe with floor to ceiling mirrors, a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms can be changed into twin rooms if needed, a great option for children or teens in the group.

Ground floor

The ground floor features a fully-equipped kitchen, large corridor leading onto the pool with direct access to the garden. There are two dining rooms seating up to 20 guests. A gym, heated indoor pool, the changing room with showr lies next to the fitness area equipped with hair dryer and towels.

First floor

This floor has a beautiful wooden floor and wall paneling throughout making the environment cosy with a great home-feel. Entrance hall, 250 sqm terrace equipped with sofas, garden chairs and tables, an open living room with direct access to the terrace, Sat-TV, Hi-Fi, a second living room with library and Hi-fi with access onto terrace. Studio room.

Second floor (4 bedrooms)

Suite with double bedroom ( convertible into twin bedroom) with private terrace, lake and garden view, en-suite bathroom with large shower. Two double-bedrooms sharing one large bathroom with bathtub and double shower. 4th double bedroom room with garden view; private bathroom with shower.

Third floor (2 bedrooms)

Beautiful Master Suite with King size round bed, with three windows and double balcony from where uests can enjoy a breathataking lake view over the Bay of Venere and the area of Balbianello. Spacious walk-in wardrobe with floor to ceiling mirrors, and dressing room. White marble bathroom with 2m x 2m shower. Double bedroom with two large windows and a balcony overlooking the lake with walk-in closet, spacious brown and white marble bathroom with 2m x 2m shower.

Top Floor (3 bedrooms)

Living area with roof terrace. Twin bedrom, Double bedrooms with en suite  bathroom. Double en suite bedroom with studio and bathroom.

Cottage

Fully independent cottage in the park with one double bedroom, en-suite, open kitchenette, fully staffed, The cottage cannot be rented separately from the villa.

Guardian House

For Staff only with room for the guests’ staff. Situated at the property entrance, with 2 apartments of which one is dedicated to the resident staff (3 bedrooms, for a total of 6 people, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 large living room, laundry).

Swimming Pool

All season heated indoor pool that opens out to the garden and lake views, 16 m x 5 m.
