LOCATION
Villa Soave is a stunning detached villa located in the municipality of Menaggio, just in the mid lake, with super views of the lake Como and the mountains behind. The territory around Santa Maria Rezzonico spreads out from the north-west coast of Lake Como to the foot of Monte Bregagno, where the hamlets lie. Rezzonico is a small village of houses and towers, narrow streets, steep roads with arcades and porticos. In the “middle section” of Lake Como, Rezzonico is a small former fishing village that enjoys a pretty setting. The laid-back atmosphere and beach make it a relaxing place.You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the borough of Santa Maria Rezzonico. You will find the closest restaurant at 800 meters (880 yards), a grocery store at 600 meters (660 yards), the stop for the ASF bus C10 Como – Menaggio – Colico line at 300 meters (990 feet) and the closest beach at roughly 700 meters (770 yards). The nearest village is Molvedo – reachable by foot (400 m) or by car (1 km) – where you can find a post office, a bank, a grocery shop, a pharmacy, a bar and a restaurant.
Lake Como is renowned for its lush vegetation, the mild climate and beautiful villas. Villa Soave we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for up to three cars.

DESCRIPTION
Villa Soave is a cozy and welcoming three-story villa, it features a private swimming pool, a panoramic private terrace with a view of the lake, a private garden, air conditioning, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access. The property (250 sq. m.), spread over 3 floors and tastefully furnished, sleeps up to 6+2 people for a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The ground floor of Villa La Soave comprises a spacious lounge with stunning views over the lake, a reading area and large well-equipped kitchen enjoying access to the large sunny terrace. A few steps down and we are on the lower tavern floor with a lounge and sofa bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. Bright French windows lead to the quiet fenced in garden, which is so perfect for little children or for a barbeque as well as sunbathing in the summer sunshine on Lake Como. The large, modern aboveground swimming pool is also in this area. Between the ground floor and the upper floor there is a little bedroom with twin beds, often used as a playroom. On the same floor, there is a comfortable bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. On the upper floor is a bedroom with a queen size double bed and en-suite bathroom as well as a pretty room with a queen sized bed and bunk beds.
Garden
The garden is 150 square meters (1615 square feet) large. You will be able to reach it from the living room, from the kitchen and from the family room. It is equipped with a swing. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a splendid view of the lake and of the mountains.
Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool along a short walkway that cuts through the garden. The aboveground pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 4.5 meter (15 feet) long, 1.2 meters (4 feet) deep. The area is equipped with four sun loungers. The pool is open from the beginning of May until mid-September.
