This modern villa is located right on the sea front overlooking the Argentario area. The closest sea access is easily reachable through a foot path of approx. 800 mt. The town center of Porto Santo Stefano is located at only 6 km drive from the villa and a free shuttle service is at guests’ disposal if they do not intend to drive.  

The property consists in four level areas : parking level , swimming pool level , ground floor level ,  first floor level .  

A panoramic elevator connects the parking area with the ground floor and the main entrance; all the levels are connected with each other through stairs and walking paths.  

MAIN HOUSE

Entering this bright and modern property, guests will be welcomed into the wide living room of the Main villa. This ambience boasts a unique 10 mt stained glass window and an open space spreading over two different levels.

The architectural staircase traces a diagonal space and connects the two levels. Upstairs, the study extends through a large window in a shady patio.

The adjoining room lies in the hall tower, creating an intimate and cozy atmosphere thanks to an original Venetian fireplace dating back to ‘700. The mix of classic elegance and modern furniture give birth to an interesting contrast with the minimalist style of the villa. Following the modern diagonal staircase, guests will enter the majesty of crystal tower from which they may enjoy unforgettable views over the Mount Argentario and the surrounding landscapes.
