This beautiful newly renovated villa is located in Amalfi, about 1.5 miles outside the town center.  The property enjoys unparalleled and unobstructed panoramic views out over the Mediterranean Sea as far as the eyes can behold. The villa enjoys a breathtaking panorama where you can admire the splendid view of the sea and the coast stretching from Amalfi to Conca dei Marini. The central location on the coast makes it an ideal vacation home allowing guests to explore Positano, Amalfi or Ravello all within easy reach from Villa Diana. One of Amalfi’s best family owned restaurants are within walking distance from the villa. Villa Diana lies over four floors and features a private swimming pool, private terraces with sea view, air conditioning, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access. The villa is well-done, functional with modern facilities throughout. Smaller details such a personalized toiletries created by an Italian perfumer, who has creates a specific fragrance by studying the flora that grows on site and the natural flavors of the coastal area. Bed and bath linen has been provided by the prestigious Italian brand Frette. Villa Diana given its space with several common areas and facilities is ideal even for a larger group or for a family vacation children.

Fourth Floor

Once arrived, guests will be welcomed in the upper level of this enchanting property through a living area which hosts a kitchenette equipped with fridge and dishwasher and a half bath. On the left side, the restored frescoed ancient chapel could be used as a bedroom (equipped with a sofa bed) while the right side opens onto the 1st double bedroom with queen size bed, TV, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower (suitable for guests with limited mobility). This bedroom has a door window, which opens onto the first panoramic terrace overlooking both sides of the coastal landscape.  The terrace is furnished with a sofa, chairs and a small table.

Third Floor

Following an external staircase of 20 steps, it is possible to reach a lower level, the third of the entire property. Entering this floor, guests will have access to another living area with dining table, which divide the ambience into two different areas: on the left hand side lies a fully equipped kitchen, divided from the other side through a glazed door. The kitchen offers all the modern appliances such as: refrigerator, freezer, a professional coffee machine, ice-maker and 5 gas stove top with oven (equipped with a separate grill side). Through a door window, guests may reach the patio area, with al fresco facilities and a small external sofa. On the right side, you find a living area equipped with 2 sofas, a fireplace with ceramic decorations and a large vaulted window offering a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape. This area offers discreet privacy thanks to a glass door that separates it from the rest of the floor. On this basement, it is located a second half bath at guests’ disposal.  From the dining area, a second double bedroom is accessible. It offers a queen size bed with soft headboard, two airy windows, TV, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom (with shower). The same level hosts also the master bedroom (the biggest of eight) equipped as a suite; in fact, once entering the room, guests will be welcomed into a living room with sofa and one window, while the sleeping area is provided with a queen size bed, TV, air conditioning a second panoramic window and en-suite bathroom with shower. Next to the master bedroom lies a smaller double bedroom (suitable for families with children thanks to the proximity to each other) with en-suite bathroom with shower.

Second Floor

Following an internal staircase of 20 steps, you will reach the second level which hosts another living area. Here lies also the fifth bedroom, equipped with a queen size bed, TV, 2 windows, an antique wood chest and a walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom is provided with a stand alone shower. Moving further, you reach the sixth double bedroom with a window and a small door which opens onto a small terrace reachable by 2 steps (also reachable from the kitchen). This room does not have a wardrobe but a wrought iron stand equipped with wooden hangers. The en-suite bathroom is accessible following 4 steps, and offers two separate ambiences for the shower and the toilet. A small door separates the laundry area from the guests’ bedrooms. The washing machine could be used once a day from clients (maids do not take care of personal laundry).

Ground Floor

The lower floor is located at the pool level and offers two bedrooms. This floor can be reached by a staircase of 17 steps. The first suite offers a living rooms with a small wardrobe and on the right side gives the access to the sleeping room. Once entered this ambience, guests will find immediately on their right side a large stand alone shower (which is set separated from the bathroom) and then moving further the sleeping area with queen size bed. The en-suite bathroom lies on the left side while in front there is a door window giving the access to the panoramic terrace. This room does not have a wardrobe but a wrought iron stand equipped with wooden hangers. The eighth bedroom has an independent entrance also opens onto the panoramic terrace. It is equipped with a double bed, two wooden inlaid nightstands, a dresser and en-suite bathroom with shower.  The panoramic terrace is one of the most pleasant area, equipped with sunchairs, a small bar and a stunning view over the costal landscape. It is set in between the pool and gym area.

Swimming Pool & Gym

The pool area lies 8 steps down from the  main terrace is equipped with sunchairs and umbrellas and a pool of 9 x 5 meters, depth 1.30 mt, with hydro massage,  while on the left side hand is located a separate little house which host the gym with Technogym equipment such as: a cyclette, a tapis roulant and an exercise bench and bath with shower. A separate room, beautifully decorated with ancient tiles offers a small bat complete with a wine fridge, dishwasher and sink.
