Luxury villa situated in the center of the delightful little town of Praiano, in the heart of the Amalfi coast. The villa is located in the pedestrian zone and is reached by walking through the town’s characteristic alleyways. Villa Gioia is an independent villa distributed over two levels with a garden, open-air swimming pool, and an external whirlpool tub and free WiFi in all areas of the property. The villa has air conditioning and four bedrooms as well as a living room with dining area, 2 terraces with sea view and 3 bathrooms with shower.

Ground floor

The living room is paved with tiles with inlaid handmade majolica tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The ceiling boasts a cross vault. The furnishings are elegant and bright. The furnishings include a sofa, two armchairs, a desk and Sat TV. There is an elegant fireplace. The dining table can accommodate six guests.
The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. From the living room you have a direct terrace access with breathtaking views. Terrace measures 60 square meters (645 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables, chairs and a sun umbrella. From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking views of the sea and town.
The first double bedroom (bed measures 170 x 200) boasts a private terrace access and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Here you will also find a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet). The bathroom located on this floor is tiled with beautiful yellow majolica tiles and has a shower.
A fully equipped kitchen is complete with a four-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee maker, an American-style coffee maker (filters to be bought on site), a toaster etc.
One more bedroom with a single bed (80x190cm) is also on the mezzanine level. It is equipped with a sofa and a desk. Satellite television can be also found here. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a hydro massage shower and a hairdryer.

First floor

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from a through a corridor. The bedroom has a double bed (170×200 cm). The bedroom offers a terrace with access with a panoramic view of the entire coast. The terrace measures 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella.
There is the fourth bedroom that can be accessed through the corridor. The bedrooms has a double bed with French style bed (130×190). The second bathroom is decorated with
majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

Garden

The garden is 800 square meters (8610 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables, chairs, sun loungers and an hammock. From the garden, you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea, the Li Galli islands and Praiano. One-half bathroom is also located in the solarium area.

Swimming Pool

Is available from 8am to 8pm: The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long. It has a whirlpool corner. The swimming pool area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool, you will enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and garden. “salt water feeling” and “waterfall feeling”.

Access & parking

You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the heart of Praiano, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation and the beach. You will find the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi – Sorrento line at 120 meters (390 feet) and the closest beach (Spiaggia della Gavitella) at 350 meters (approximately 380 yards) including 350 stairway steps. You will reach Villa Gioia along a 150-meters (490-feet) public walkway that includes approximately 40 stairway steps. You will not need a car to stay at Villa Gioia. If you do have one, you will be able to park it nearby, for a fee, in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces cannot be reserved).
