Punta Reginella is a stylish and comfortable property located in the heart of Positano.  The lively neighborhood is arguably the coasts most popular, full of small restaurants and boutiques.  The property, located 60 steps under the coastal road, offers its guests a quiet repose at night, and peaceful views out over one of the world’s most picturesque panoramas.  The main beach and Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta, in the heart of the village, are just a few minutes away on foot. Owned and decorated by an extremely well known family, the house is spread over two floors.  The master bedroom and a second double bedroom are upstairs, both with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets.  A third double bedroom is located on the bottom floor, next to a large living room, a dining room, a kitchen, and a small laundry room. All rooms open to large terraces on both floors, enjoying stunning views of the sea and the islands, immersed amongst plants and flowers, comfortable seating areas, tables, hammocks, an outside shower (upstairs) and a ping pong table (folded away when not in use, downstairs). All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, ice-machine, Illy Coffee machine, a double sink and all the needed pots and pans to enjoy a yummy home-cooked meal. There are I-Pod docking stations and high speed WI-FI on both floors. The property was fully renovated in the winter of 2016 and enjoy a mix of beautiful and original ethnic and period furniture, as well as state-of-the-art necessities.
