Step in via the private pool or from a sequestered personal pathway. 
The ground floor is dedicated to serene and spacious living. An open floor plan combines a fully equipped kitchen with the dining and living areas, accommodating abundant natural light; all spaces are oriented so they face the golden seaside. Entrance to the villa is either from the private pool terrace or private driveway. The ground floor also enjoys a guest powder room.  The villas are united in the concord of their colour scheme and design. Each interior is effortlessly suave and crafted using natural Sicilian materials. Warm chestnuts, zesty oranges, ocean blues, and olive greens seamlessly recreate the colours found in the landscape surrounding the villas.  Its three bedrooms are upstairs or downstairs (according to the villa layout) and each have a beautiful belvedere from which to admire the landscape. Two are deluxe bedrooms and the third, a grand master bedroom. Each of the bedrooms have supremely comfortable king size beds.  The spacious master bedroom bathroom is finished in Roman Travertino marble, has a sunken bathtub, separate walk-in shower, and a double washbasin. The other two en-suite bathrooms enjoy walk-in showers and double washbasins.  Sustainability is at the heart the property, equipped with electric vehicle charging outlets, a linen exchange program, and a recycled waste corner.
