The Villa is nestled on top of 5 acres of private land and presents 7 bedrooms, two large living rooms, a bright oversized dining room, frescoes and fireplaces, a warm atmosphere with plenty of comfortable corners for reading, relaxing and entertaining. The spacious fully equipped kitchen connects to the rear garden for lovely al-fresco dining. The property presents also a large  indoor heated whirpool with a salt water filtration system. There is another section called the tower that  consists in an independent, connected apartment, with its own little kitchenette. The villa features an outdoor jacuzzi pool created in one of the terraced garden that enjoy a great view of Florence.
