Villa Vedetta is a private farmhouse situated in a splendid position inside a large estate, in a charming valley set between the mountains of the Apennines and the Arno valley. Cypresses, centuries-old sycamores and poplars enrich the 70 hectares of ground that surrounds the complex. This very unique family owned property features a manor house dating back to the 16th century and six luxuriously renovated classic Tuscan villas and three cottages. The Estate is located around 1 km from the town of Figline Valdarno, where all the essential amenities (shops, banks, restaurants, post office, and hospital) can be found. The location is particularly convenient as it allows you to reach Florence in 30 minutes (28 km). There are many places of historical interest worth visiting in the surrounding area, as well as a number of famous Italian designer outlet stores. Villa Vedetta is a traditional Tuscan farmhouse; a handsome place to stay that has not lost any of its character. All around you lies a manicured garden perfectly matching the idyllic countryside. The main villa can host up to 9 guests but for larger groups it is possible to rent its cottage, located at a few steps from the main villa, suitable for 6 guests. The Villa and its cottage could then accommodate a group of 15 people. The Estate expands over approximately 70 hectares of Tuscan countryside, is composed of 6 main villas and three cottages, fenced property and each Villa has its own private outdoor parking. Each villa has its own private pool, surrounded by lawns and gardens with lovely view and offer a total privacy. They are perfectly kept and furnished with elegant garden furniture and comfortable sun loungers. Pools are not heated and have sweet water. The shared areas (common facilities) located right in the heart of the Estate are:

Villa Vedetta is an independent villa, built on 2 levels and characterized by 2 panoramic towers. This is a nice villa at only 30 minutes driving from Florence and perfectly located to visit the Chianti area. Large and comfortable, with a private garden and a private swimming pool, the villa is an excellent accommodation for a family holiday. There is a pleasant outdoor loggia with a lounge area and a dining area, suitable for relaxing and eating “al fresco”. Around 150 meters from the villa is a stunning swimming pool (6 x 12 m) for the exclusive use of the guests, with a gazebo, armchairs, small tables and sunbeds. The windows are fitted with mosquito nets. WIFI internet connection. Private car park. The gardener lives in one wing of the villa with a separate entrance. On the ground floor there are: a very large entrance hall that gives access to the living area of the villa; French doors open onto a beautiful “loggia” furnished with tables and chairs for alfresco lunches and dinners; a living room with fireplace and an elegant dining room; a traditional Tuscan fully equipped kitchen and a guests’ bathroom. On the first floor you will find: two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with bathtub; one twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower; one common reading room. In the towers (attic floor) there are: a large twin bedroom with a lovely view, a single bedroom with a sofa bed and a brand-new bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning. On the ground floor is also placed a residence for the gardener. Please note that it does not face the property and it does not disturb the privacy of the guests. The swimming pool is open from 4 May to 12 October.
