The Estate is located around 1 km from the town of Figline Valdarno, where all the essential amenities (shops, banks, restaurants, post office, and hospital) can be found. The location is particularly convenient as it allows you to reach Florence in 30 minutes (28 km). There are many places of historical interest worth visiting in the surrounding area, as well as a number of famous Italian designer outlet stores. Villa Valdarno is a classic Tuscan Villa full of character and comfort, for larger groups, it is possible to rent the lovely Guest House Valdarno, a traditional Tuscan cottage luxuriously renovated suitable for 4 guests. The two-story cottage is located next to the main building. The Villa and its cottage can then accommodate a party of 14 guests. In order to guarantee a total privacy when Villa Valdarno is rented, the cottage is not available for other clients. The Estate expands over approximately 70 hectares of Tuscan countryside, is composed of 6 main villas and three cottages, fenced property and each Villa has its own private outdoor parking. Each villa has its own private pool, surrounded by lawns and gardens with lovely view and offer a total privacy. They are perfectly kept and furnished with elegant garden furniture and comfortable sun loungers. Pools are not heated and have sweet water. The shared areas (common facilities) located right in the heart of the Estate are:

Great 5 bedrooms villa located at only 30 minutes from Florence and not far from the Chianti area. Siena, San Gimignano, Montalcino, Cortona, Arezzo, all easily reachable through scenic roads of motorway. The villa is an excellent accommodation for a family holiday or for a group of friends. The villa is built on 2 levels; on the ground floor there is a bright entrance, a double lounge with beamed ceiling, a very large dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor an entrance leads to a common living room and to the 5 double bedrooms: the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (bathtub and shower), the blue double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub; the yellow double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub; the red double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub; and the blue twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. All of the bedrooms of the villa have air conditioning. On the ground floor there is a residence for the gardener. Please note that it does not face the property in any way that might disturb the privacy of the guests.
