The villa is accessible through a private, electronic gate leading down a private driveway and onto the garden and the main entrance.  Private parking (partly covered) with space for min. 2-3 cars is provided, as well as parking along the driveway for numerous more.  The villa is divided onto three levels, featuring air conditioning and heating throughout.  Both the garden and the villa are cared for in every detail.  Prestigious parquet alternated by terracotta tiles makes up the floors.  Hand painted majolica tiles from Vietri sul Mare decorate the functional kitchen, and the large, characteristic, mosaic pool and garden are both adorned by beautiful potted flowers, olive trees, and Edera.

Ground floor (entrance level)

Large entrance with arches and outdoor patio furnished with wooden table and benches, ideal for outdoor dining or just for relaxing and enjoying the views.  Access to the living and the dining room. The living room features a fireplace and satellite TV and is furnished with 2 sofas and a glass topped table as well as pieces of antique wooden furniture.  Dining area with access onto the panoramic small terrace through a set of French doors, furnished with a wooden table and 8 chairs. Well-equipped tiled kitchen with 5-range stovetop, oven, small electrical oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, American coffee machine, toaster and dishwasher. The kitchen has French doors with access into a garden space equipped with a barbecue and wooden oven for pizza.  Wine cabinet with a good selection of both local and Italian wines, also located on the ground floor.

First Floor

The sleeping area where you find the bedrooms is reached through a flight of 18 steps of antique Tuscan terracotta. The villa is equipped with three spacious bedrooms with sea views and direct access to the first-floor terrace. Two bedrooms have En-suite bathrooms with shower. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds, which if necessary, can be combined to form the third matrimonial room and has a bathroom with shower which is reached via the corridor. All the bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer and courtesy kit and are decorated with majolica mosaic tiles that confer a light filled and fresh atmosphere. The décor of the rooms is attended to in the smallest detail and is decorated with artwork, linen curtains and Murano glass chandeliers. The terrace offers a marvellous panorama of the island of Ischia, Gulf of Naples and Punta di Sorrento. A part of the terrace offers the shade of a pergola with flowers, table and chairs.

Garden area

The villa is immersed in an extremely well-kept garden, overlooking the Gulf of Naples (the garden is 1000 square meters 10800 square feet large). 9 steps lead from the entrance down to a corner of the garden furnished with an iron table, 8 iron chairs, and an umbrella. 21 steps take you further down to the pool.  The pool deck boasts a full dressing room with tiled shower and toilet.  A few steps further down lies the pool, set on a terrace.

Swimming Pool

The pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 13 meters (42 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 1.8 meters (6 feet) deep. The swimming pool has a sinuous shape. It has a whirlpool corner, is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. By the pool, you will also find a bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. It is partly shaded by an elegant gazebo. The pool area is equipped with comfortable lounge chairs and has a patio covered by bamboo.

Access & Parking

You can reach Villa Teresa from the main road by driving a slightly narrow and uphill road for about 400 meters. Parking available free of charge inside the entrance gate.
