The layout of Villa Roca respects the architectural principles of the ancient local farms and it is equipped with all the comforts of modern luxury villas. This property is pampered by all the accessories such as the swimming pool on the terrace, the solarium, the air conditioning in each room, wi-fi and much more.  On the ground floor, under the large and vaulted ceilings, there is a large living room with dining room and sofas. Just next door, beyond an arch, there is the large rustic-style kitchen, equipped with electric stove, microwave and dishwasher, with direct exit onto one of the verandas where you can have lunch and dinner in the open air. On this floor there is a small toilet. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor: here are the 7 bedrooms, some with en suite shower bath, for a total capacity of as many as 15 guests. From here you can also go up to the terrace for a regenerating dip in the pool with sea view.
