Villa Princesa is a located a few kilometers far from Lucca, in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. It is an imposing structure that can accommodate up to a maximum of 12 people.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:

The large grounds extend for about 20,000 square meters; the outdoor spaces are numerous and available for its guests who can walk and relax during their stay. The gardens are characterized by different colors and shapes, with different “themes”, including an Art Garden and a Wedding Garden.The villa also has a vegetable garden that makes km 0 products (vegetables, olives) used by the Chef to prepare dishes for the guests. There are also numerous fruit trees that are used to produce juices, dried fruits and more.The interior structure of Villa Princesa is impressive. The beautifully restored property seamlessly blends traditional features such as Tessieri tiles, Murano chandeliers, and antique furniture with modern amenities, including an elevator that connects all the floors. Guests can relax in the lounges located on each of the three main floors, plan elegant dinners in the formal dining room, and prepare delicious banquets in the beautiful country-style kitchen.

Basement:

The basement is home to a SPA area offering complete indulgence. It comprises of a heated swimming pool with hydromassage jets, a sauna, a hammam, a spa treatment room, and a relaxation lounge. The basement also features a well-stocked wine cellar.

First & Second Floor:

There are six comfortable guest bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. All of the bedrooms have king or queen-size beds, which can be converted to twins on request, allowing for flexible sleeping arrangements for different group compositions.

Guest house:

For larger groups, there is also a separate guest house sleeping up to six additional guests. The guesthouse features three double bedrooms, a living room and a kitchenette; It is comfortable and well-appointed but is not of the same style/standard as the main villa so is best suited for teens or those travelling with staff.

Swimming Pool:

Villa Princesa does have an outdoor swimming pool at its guests’ disposal. It is available from May to October. The SPA offers and indoor heated pool.

Access & Parking:

The Villa has two different parking area: One at the entrance (up to 10 cars) and a second on the back side (up to 10 cars)
