The villa lies within a modern setting boasting beautiful marble and terracotta tile & parquet floors, spacious common areas, ceramic hand painted tile bathrooms, and air conditioning and heating throughout the property.

Ground Floor

The main entrance of the villa is into the main foyer from where you can access the various living rooms, the kitchen and the staircase leading to the bedroom floor (up one flight) or down to the gym (down one flight).  To the left of the entrance is the main, open format, al white living room furnished with three large sofas and a stereo with CD player, piano, and a fireplace.  Two sets of glass doors opens out onto the terrace and lead to the front of the house.  10 steps up is a small studio library with a desk and a laptop computer at guest’s disposal.  There is wireless internet throughout the house.  The formal and elegant dining room is 5 steps down from the main living room.   The dining area boasts a large, marble-top table with 4 chairs and glass cupboards filled with crystal ware.

The main living room, straight ahead, leads to a second, less formal, open formal living room with 2 large sofas, a glass topped table, and several windows looking out onto the planted greenery.  There is a wood dining table with 10 chairs and up a ½ flight of 5 steps up lies a round glass table with several chairs.  There is a ½ bath and another ½ set of steps leading to the first double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower box.

To the right of the main entrance lies a fully equipped kitchen with terracotta tile floors and decorative hand painted ceramic tiles.  The kitchen boasts a large refrigerator with freezer and icemaker, a 5 range stovetop, an oven and a microwave.

First floor

11 steps up from the main entrance leads to the main sleeping area where four of the five bedrooms are located.  The large, master bedroom boasts a separate open closet room and an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub, a double sink, and a separate shower.  The second, double bedroom on the first floor enjoys several small windows and an en-suite bathroom with a shower box, while the third and fouth double bedrooms share a nice bathroom with a bathtub.

Basement

8 steps down from the second living room leads to a brand new gym space, equipped with a treadmill, elliptical machine, stationary bike and, multi-gym machine.  For your comfort, the private fitness centre also features a stereo with a selection of CD’s and a flat screen TV.  There is a full laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and ironing facilities.

External Area

Villa Preziosa enjoys a comfortable patio terrace located at the front of the house, offering an outside dining area with hand painted ceramic table and chairs that can be covered by an electronically controlled tapestry.  The area is very inviting for outdoor dining.  There is a barbeque, outdoor shower, and lounge chairs for sunbathing, all next to an outdoor pool (6.40m x 3.70m x 1.20m).
