Villa Piuma is located in the hills of Sorrento and has a beautiful view of the sea. The centre of Sant’Agata Sui Due Golfi is less than 3 km away. Here you will find restaurants, shops, bars, the supermarket and the SITA stop from where you can take the bus to Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi and Ravello. The nearest beach is Marina del Cantone, about six kilometres.

Entrance level

Villa Piuma is a characteristic two-level villa located in Sant’agata sui Due Golfi. The entrance opens onto a large and elegant living room with a beautiful beamed ceiling and tiled floor. Here you will find a double sofa bed, a television, an armchair and a WI-FI connection (you can reach the living room from the terrace or from the dining room). On this floor you will also find a service half-bathroom. The kitchen is large and bright, equipped with a table and chairs, a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a kettle, a coffee machine, an electric oven and a four-burner gas hob. It has air conditioning and heating. From the kitchen there is access to another terrace equipped with table and chairs. From the terrace you can admire a beautiful view of the sea and Capri.

Lower floor

20 steps down from the ground floor and main entrance hall leads to the lower floor consists of four bedrooms with 4 bathrooms (2 En-suite). The first bedroom with En-suite bathroom with shower has two single beds, wardrobe, air conditioning and heating (you will access a small terrace equipped with table and chairs). The second bedroom has two single beds, wardrobe, air conditioning, access a small terrace equipped with table and chairs. The third and fourth bedrooms with En-suite bathroom with shower has a double bed, air conditioning and heating. In this floor there is a private bathroom the fifth bathroom with shower. The villa has WI FI internet connection, air conditioning and heating in all the rooms and a laundry room with washing machine.

Dependance

(located under the solarium adjacent to the swimming pool): living-room with kitchenette; 1 double bedroom with bathroom and shower; 1 double bedroom; 1 bathroom with shower accessed from the living-room.

Terrace

The terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs, you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the island of Capri. In the covered terrace on the lower level, opposite the entrance to the kitchen and the lounge, there is a large table seating 12 people for eating ‘al fresco’, a pizza oven and a brickwork barbecue; this is the ideal place for relaxing meals or cooking lessons.

Swimming pool

The swimming pool measures 3×7 meters and 1.5 meters deep. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, outdoor shower, chairs, loungers and umbrellas plus toys for children (there is also an external bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet). The swimming pool is open from April to the end of October.

Access & Parking

The villa has a private parking area within the entrance gate with space for up to 3 cars. A small private road leads up to the main entrance of the villa and cannot be accessed by large vehicles/minivans as the road is very narrow (dirt-road, wide 3 meters). To stay at Villa Piuma you will need a car, we recommend to bring a small car (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller).
